Russell Rous Senior Shareholder / Member of Profile Brick & Tile Russell co-founded Profile Brick & Tile with Derick Conlon in 1997 after having worked as a Technical Field Representative for Corobrik in the Eastern Cape. Russell's responsibilities include logistics, government procurement, technical issues, tenders and plan assessment, and he also performs a largely administrative function within the business. With his years of experience in the field, Russell is very knowledgeable about the industry and always strives to keep Profile ahead of the pack!

Derick Conlon Senior Shareholder / Member of Profile Brick & Tile In 1997, after many years as a Sales Manager at Stutt Brick, Derick co-founded Profile Brick & Tile with Russell Rous after noticing a gap in the market with regards to building supplies. Derick's responsibilities include sales co-ordination within East London and the surrounding areas, supplier co-operation and debtors list co-ordination. His largest area of responsibility is sales, for which he is well equipped after so many years in the industry.

Harley Conlon Junior Shareholder / Member of Profile Brick & Tile Harley joined Profile Brick in July 2000 and is a Junior Shareholder / Member and Sales Co-ordinator for the greater Eastern Cape and Transkei region. His main areas of responsibility include general and specific logistics, external sales, and building materials stores liaison. Secondary responsibilities include IT/network administration and maintenance, intranet database administration and office administrative support.  Harley is Derick's oldest son.

Travis Conlon Junior Shareholder / Member of Profile Brick & Tile Travis is a Junior Shareholder / Member and Sales Co-ordinator in the greater East London area. His more specific responsibilities include heading up the natural stone division with assistance from Mandy, as well as meeting the contractors and visiting the many sites that require hands-on assistance, including the architects who need updates on the Profile product range. Secondary responsibilities include Internal Sales and office administration support. Travis has been with Profile since March 2001 and is Derick's middle son.

Taryn Miller Financial Manager / Shareholder Taryn, the longest standing member of our administrative staff, who has been at Profile since it began in 1997, has recently been made a Shareholder in the company as well as being our Financial Manager. Her job description is the organization of the company's primary financial affairs, overseeing and preparation of our financial statements and interaction and reconciliation of key accounts. Taryn's knowledge of the finances and assistance on a daily basis is imperative to our business.

Jenny Drake Office Administration Jenny joined Profile in March 2004 after having been with SmartStone, Port Elizabeth for three years. Jenny's original duties included depot sales and administrative support. She has now been moved out of sales and assists on a permanent basis with admin duties, mostly in the cash office.

Jackie Opperman Office Administration Jackie joined Profile in June 2002, and is an internal office administrator and management assistant. Her main responsibilities include internal sales reconciliation, supplier liaison and data representation, and secondary functions include bookkeeping and accounts support.

Siya Ngxoweni General Admin Should you phone Profile Brick on any particular day, the first friendly voice that you will normally hear is that of Siya.  She joined our company in late 2007 to assist with answering calls and helping out in the busy cash office.  Other duties include general office administration and directing the "traffic" (customers) who walk in the door to know which sales person they should be dealing with.

Mandy Hough Natural Stone / The Showroom Mandy has been at Profile since September 2006.  With two and a half years in the Interior Decorating and Design industry, as well as a Diploma in Interior Decorating, Mandy assists the customers in the showroom in choosing the best possible tiling and cladding products for their projects whether they be big or small, including liasing with architects and contractors on their various projects. Her secondary responsibilities are to look after the Advertising and Marketing at Profile Brick and Tile.  Mandy is related to the Conlon family through marriage.

Neville Miller Brick Sales Neville joined our business in 2007 after the showroom alterations were done and the business moved into the bigger building.  He is one of the two friendly faces that will assist in the brick department, alongside Ayanda.  His main functions include depot sales and organising the orders coming into the business on a daily basis from all the contractors.  Secondary functions include assisting with the natural stone sales.  Neville is married to Taryn.

Ayanda Geza  Brick Sales Ayanda has been with Profile since 2008.  He assists Neville in the busy brick sales department.  There is a large amount of orders that come through each day from all the various contractors.  It is their responsibility to ensure that these orders are processed for delivery/collection on specific dates as required by the customer as well as helping the walk-in customers who come into the depot and helping with natural stone sales too.

Dwayne O' Neill  Profile Transport / Yard Manager Dwayne is one of two shareholders of Profile Brick & Tile's transport partner, Profile Transport, and in addition manages Profile Brick & Tile's depot operations in Summerpride. Dwayne is responsible for the co-ordination of Profile Transport's fleet, Profile Brick & Tile's inventory management, delivery schedules, and yard staff and provides brother Daniel, with support both from a strategic and an operational perspective.

Daniel O' Neill  Profile Transport Daniel is one of two shareholders of Profile Brick & Tile's transport partner, Profile Transport, and oversees the logistical operations within Profile Brick & Tile and between our suppliers and customers. With an effective area extending the length and breadth of the province Danie ensures that our product reaches our customers yesterday. With a background in from security and mechanics to yard maintenance & construction, if Danie can't find a solution, it's not worth fixing! Danie has been with Profile Brick since early 2004.

Justice  Assistant Yard Manager Justice assists Dwayne in the day to day running of the Profile yard, making sure that orders are packed by the yard staff and ready to be loaded up and co-ordinating the offloading and loading of the vehicles.

Yard Staff   Profile is lucky to have a group of extremely hard-working and dedicated yard staff who will assist in anything from offloading the many trucks that arrive on a daily basis, to packing outgoing orders and generally helping wherever they can, in order to make your experience at Profile a pleasurable one!
